Summary

Ready Set is a digital agency focusing on video creative and ad technology, seeking an innovation software developer to develop software solutions and integrate third-party tools. The candidate will collaborate with various teams and create documentation. Required: 3 years modern programming language experience, 2 years audiovisual industry experience, expertise in data structures, algorithms, ML/AI, lean product development, video creation pipeline, on-demand cloud computing platforms, and good communication skills. Preferred: experience with CI/CD.

Requirements

• +3 Years experience with modern programming languages and open-source technologies
• +2 Years experience with the audiovisual industry
• Computer Science fundamentals such as data structures, algorithms, architecture, OO design
• Expertise on data structures and algorithms, ML and Ai
• Good understanding of lean product development, prototyping and reporting
• Good knowledge of the video creation pipeline and audiovisual storytelling
• Good knowledge on on-demand cloud computing platforms

Responsibilities

• Development of Ready Set application
• Transferring learnings to engineering team for final integration
• Assess and integrate third-party tools
• Collaborate with non-R&D RS employees
• Create documentation around experiments
