Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in full-cycle software sales role with a track record of closing deals in the mid-market space
  • Experience working in a high-growth startup is required, with an eagerness to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proven ability to identify, source and navigate prospective customers who will benefit from the Ditto product offering
  • Creative approach to problem solving and navigating a variety of use cases across multiple industries
  • Proven ability to engage and influence Director-level executives and other senior decision-makers
  • Demonstrated success managing 90-day sales cycles and navigating complex procurement processes
  • Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple deals simultaneously in a fast-moving environment

Responsibilities

  • Drive New Business: Proactively identify, target, and secure new prospective clients, using strategic prospecting and consultative selling techniques
  • Account Growth: Build and manage relationships with existing customers, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive further adoption and revenue growth
  • Tailored Solutions: Partner with internal teams, including solution engineers, to craft and present customized product demonstrations and business value propositions
  • Achieve Revenue Targets: Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals by managing full sales cycles, from initial contact through to negotiation and close
  • Collaborative Selling: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and customer success to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction
  • Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to position Dittoโ€™s platform effectively in the market
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate sales activity tracking, pipeline management, and forecasting using CRM tools such as Salesforce

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Hubspot, Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing pipelines and sales activities
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
  • Knowledge of navigating partner relationships (ISV, Channel, MSP, GSI, Resellers etc.)
  • Background in mobile, cloud platforms, data management, or other technology solutions
