Requirements

  • 3-4 years in B2B sales roles, preferably in tech, SaaS, or market intelligence solutions
  • Native Spanish speaker
  • Advanced English (essential for collaborating with global teams and international clients)
  • Proven track record of acquiring new clients and closing high-impact deals
  • Strong prospecting and full-cycle sales management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar CRMs
  • Understanding of trends in digital marketing, advertising, e-commerce, and related technologies
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritize business opportunities in key industries such as e-commerce, digital marketing agencies, media, telecommunications, financial services, and travel
  • Develop and implement action plans to acquire new customers and achieve sales targets
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, leveraging support from the SDR and MIR teams
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers at target companies
  • Prepare tailored proposals and presentations that address client needs
  • Work closely with the Sales Executive and the broader sales team to maximize results
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and product to ensure solutions meet client expectations
  • Report on key performance metrics (pipeline, conversion rates, revenue) to the LATAM Director for New Sales
  • Maintain up-to-date records in tools like Salesforce
  • Effectively demonstrate and communicate the value of Similarweb and Admetricks solutions to address specific client challenges
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitors
