Inside Sales Agent

Summary

Join 20four7VA as a Senior-Advanced Level Inside Sales Agent specializing in outbound lead generation for a real estate business. This is a remote, part-time (20 hours/week) position working Monday-Friday, 9 am - 1 pm PST. Responsibilities include lead nurturing, effective communication, database management in Follow Up Boss, scheduling appointments, collecting feedback, and performing administrative tasks. Proficiency in CRM software (preferably Follow Up Boss) and strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are required. Previous real estate or sales experience is a plus. • APPLICATION SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGEABLE/REQUIRED: Follow Up Boss, Calendly, G Suite and Trello

Responsibilities

• Engage with leads from our existing database, nurturing both new and expired leads, as well as seller and buyer prospects
• Use a natural tone in conversations while understanding the importance of scripting, avoiding hard-selling tactics
• Efficiently organize and manage our database in Follow Up Boss (FUB), creating smart plans and follow-up processes
• Coordinate and schedule appointments with vendors and interactions with clients
• Obtain and record feedback from showings on our listings
• Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks using G Suite and other tools as needed

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in real estate or sales is a plus
