Summary
Join Nevados as an Inside Sales Associate and contribute to the growth of our solar tracker sales and client base. This role involves managing client relationships, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, preparing sales documentation, and actively participating in project updates. You will be responsible for generating new opportunities, building client partnerships, and ensuring a positive client experience. The position requires strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with experience in inside sales. Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an inside sales or related role
- Ability to apply technical product knowledge to sales strategy
- Time management of multiple customers and opportunities at once
- Ability to work with internal and external teams to swiftly and accurately satisfy customer requests
- A team player with strong communication, computer, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Generate new opportunities from potential and existing accounts
- Build and nurture client partnerships
- Ensure a positive and high-quality client experience through all interactions
- Gather information to accurately identify client needs
- Support client due diligence and onboarding process
- Collaborate and serve as a liaison between the client and Nevados engineering team to ensure technical questions and necessary actions are communicated
- Research and keep up-to-date on industry news, competitors, and opportunities to differentiate/innovate
- Have full knowledge of the Nevados ecosystem of products and appropriately translate this vision to clients to form long-term partnerships
- Utilize Salesforce to keep accounts, opportunities and contacts up-to-date
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within the solar industry
- Technical product sales
- Fluent with Salesforce software
