Inside Sales Associate

Summary

Join Orchard as a Customer and Results Focused Inside Sales Associate! This is a full-time, remote position based in Arizona or Georgia, working Wednesday through Sunday. You will be the first point of contact for homeowners, generating new business through inbound and outbound sales calls and pitching Orchard's services. Maintain a personal lead database and collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless customer experiences. Prior sales, customer service, or real estate experience is preferred but not required. This role offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to a venture-backed startup.

• Connect with potential customers via phone, email and text

Preferred Qualifications

1-2 years experience in a sales role, customer service role or in the real estate industry
