You will be responsible for driving sales, meeting profit targets, and developing market entry strategies. You will collaborate with the client's sales team and receive mentorship from Excelerate360's sales leaders. Requirements
- Sales Experience: Over 3 years of success in Inside Sales, especially in selling fast-moving office equipment or similar products
- Proven Prospecting Skills: You’re a master at cold outreach, LinkedIn networking, and driving new business opportunities
- Quota Crusher: A consistent track record of exceeding sales quotas and delivering top-tier results
- Tech-Savvy: Strong phone presence paired with expertise in sales productivity tools and online meeting platforms like Sales Navigator, MS Teams, Zoom, Webex, and MS Office
- CRM Proficiency: Experience working with Salesforce.com, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms is essential
- Exceptional Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are a must
- Sales Mastery: Strong listening skills, stellar presentation abilities, and a knack for connecting with prospects
- Language Proficiency: Fluent German and excellent English is required
Responsibilities
- Ignite Sales Opportunities: Through proactive outbound activities, including cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn messaging, you'll source and cultivate new sales prospects
- Master Lead Management: Track and nurture Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) with precision, ensuring no opportunity slips through the cracks
- Understand Customer Needs: Establish strong relationships by identifying and addressing customer requirements
- Close Deals and Crush Quotas: Your goal is simple—consistently close sales and surpass your monthly targets
- Become a Market Research Guru: Dive deep into account research, pinpoint key contacts, and spark interest in our offerings
- Expand Your Network: Grow and maintain a robust database of prospects within your territory
- Collaborate for Success: Work hand-in-hand with internal teams like marketing to build a powerful sales pipeline and drive deals to the finish line
