Requirements

  • You have several years of professional experience in the areas of pre sales, generating and nurturing leads, assessing their quality, and qualifying them as potential sales opportunities in digital/technical B2B environment
  • You act confidently and with the necessary calm with our contacts in the upper management of our customers
  • You have the ability to listen, identify customer needs, provide needs-oriented advice and argue movingly
  • You are used to working with KPIs and OKRs in an agile environment
  • Customer-oriented thinking and actions are a matter of course for you
  • A great affinity and enthusiasm for IT
  • You are fluent in Spanish and have good written and spoken English skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: identify and reach out to potential customers who have shown interest or have the potential to be interested in the organization's packaged offers or services
  • Prospecting: Engage in prospecting activities to identify and target potential customers within a specific market or industry segment
  • Lead Qualification: Inside Sales Executives assess the quality of leads by determining whether they meet the organization's criteria and are genuinely interested in the offerings
  • Lead Nurturing: Build and maintain relationships with leads by providing relevant information, answering inquiries, and nurturing the leads through the sales funnel
  • Sales Outreach: Actively contact leads via phone, email, or other communication channels to explore potential sales opportunities
  • Data Management: Inside Sales Executives keep lead and prospect information up to date in the organization's CRM (Hubspot)
  • Sales Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Sales team, sharing insights into lead quality and the status of lead nurturing. This collaboration ensures a smooth lead transition from marketing to sales
