Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science or a related field
  • 5+ years of inside sales experience in a technology-driven environment, with a focus on accelerating sales velocity, and New Logo Aquisiton
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing sales teams to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and techniques, with the ability to effectively qualify leads and manage a high-volume pipeline
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with prospects and team members
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for driving revenue growth, exceeding expectations, and delivering exceptional customer experiences

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a new team of Inside Sales Representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales velocity, streamline the sales process, reduce friction points, and accelerate deal closure
  • Establish and nurture relationships with technology practitioners across various locations to identify opportunities and drive sales growth
  • Work diligently to prospect, qualify, and close business, leveraging a consultative approach and conducting effective product demos
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering to conduct technical and non-technical web product demos and ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Maintain accurate customer records, activity reports, and pipeline management within Salesforce to track performance metrics and drive insights
  • Continuously evaluate sales processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements to optimize sales velocity and efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools is a plus
  • Experience with PLG motion
  • Knowledge of complex software in the security and observability space
