Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in (inside) sales in a B2B environment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • You are proactive, energetic, and strong in maintaining customer relationships
  • You are a strong project manager, work accurately, and can keep an overview of multiple projects
  • You work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • You speak fluent Dutch and English and have a HBO Bachelor diploma or higher

Responsibilities

  • Spot new sales opportunities, prospecting by cold calling and making appointments for the Area Sales Manager
  • Qualify leads by researching potential customers, understanding their needs, and evaluating if they are suitable for Intratone's solutions
  • Understand and qualify the need of prospects and existing customers
  • Relationship management to maintain and develop business
  • Report visits in the custom-made CRM and monitor relevant information
  • Advise existing and new customers, prepare offers that fit their needs, and keep an overview of the sales process from A-Z
  • Regularly check in with customers to inform them about new products, promotional opportunities, events etc
  • Help optimize the sales process by sharing feedback and insights from your sales calls and determining targets and how to achieve them together with management
  • Stay up-to-date on trends in the sector, market dynamics, and competitor activities to position Intratone more effectively
