Summary

Join the TSS Family of Companies, a leading provider of environmental monitoring solutions, as a Regional Inside Sales Manager. Oversee and drive the performance of the inside sales team, ensuring sales targets are met and exceeding customer satisfaction. Develop sales processes, optimize sales tools, and collaborate with other departments. Lead team recruitment, onboarding, and training. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities. Resolve escalated customer issues and provide regular performance updates to senior management. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, along with experience in sales management and CRM software.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Familiarity with B2B sales processes and techniques
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management and lead generation strategies
  • A combination of education, experience and training may meet requirements
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in an inside sales environment
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a high-performing team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, DealHub) and sales analytics tools
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed, strategic decisions
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Manage, coach, and mentor a team of inside sales representatives to achieve quarterly targets
  • Monitor team performance metrics and provide feedback to drive continuous improvement
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members for performance reviews and skill development
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training processes for new inside sales representatives
  • Collaborate with marketing to align on lead generation strategies and campaigns
  • Collaborate with IT on the implementation of CRM tools and ensure proper usage across the team
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement
  • Ensure the team provides exceptional customer service, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Resolve escalated customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide regular performance updates to senior management and recommend strategic adjustments when necessary
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to leadership
  • Other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelorโ€™s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field (preferred)

  • Base salary range of $65,000 - $87,000 annually (On Target Earnings of $92,000 - $124,000)
