Summary

Join Housecall Pro as an Inside Sales Representative II and build solutions that improve the lives of home service professionals. You will manage the full sales cycle, from initial engagement to account management, focusing on increasing platform adoption and value. Employ a consultative selling approach to understand and address the unique challenges of service professionals, building trust and fostering long-term relationships. Drive new service attachments, increase usage, and boost monthly recurring revenue. Maintain daily activity metrics, stay informed on product developments, and track customer engagement and satisfaction. Mentor junior team members and share best practices. Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of experience in a full-time sales role
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Experience with Payroll and Accounting
  • CRM experience (i.e., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Proven ability to develop strong relationships with customers and act as a trusted consultant
  • Experience in managing the entire sales cycle, including closing deals and ongoing account management

Responsibilities

  • Use a consultative selling style centered around understanding Pros' specific challenges and objectives
  • Drive the complete sales cycle, from booking to closure
  • Collaborate with the team to drive new service attachments, increasing usage as a percentage of Pros' Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV), and boosting Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) per managed account
  • Build trust and deeper connections with Pros by empathizing with their pain points and positioning the platform as a long-term solution
  • Maintain daily activity metrics, balancing calls and attended demos
  • Stay informed on product and technology developments to provide updated, relevant advice to customers
  • Track customer engagement and satisfaction, addressing any concerns or challenges promptly to ensure continued success
  • Serve as a mentor and role model to junior team members, sharing best practices and insights

Preferred Qualifications

  • Established credibility with service professionals, preferably within industries like HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpet cleaning, or maid services
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, self-starting attitude
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Capacity to understand and address customer needs effectively and efficiently
