Summary
Join a family-owned vacation rental property management company in Tennessee as an Inside Sales Representative. This hunter-style sales role focuses on prospecting and closing new vacation rental homeowners from internal databases and growing the real estate agent referral network. Daily tasks involve cold calling, qualifying leads, and closing contracts. You will conduct discovery and sales calls, build referral partnerships, and track sales activity in the CRM. The position requires 3+ years of sales experience, strong B2B sales skills, and excellent communication. Remote work is available.
Requirements
- 3+ yearsβ sales experience, someone who can handle cold calls and close deals, with a preference for someone who has experience of dealing with executive-level clients
- Strong B2B Sales Experience: Preferably full cycle, with a track record of exceeding quotas
- Excellent English (neutral or U.S. friendly accent)
- Strong communicator with persistence
- Organized and metric driven
- CRM and phone systems experience
Responsibilities
- Cold call and prospect vacation rental owners from provided databases (REI Sift, Zillow, etc.)
- Qualify leads and assesses fit for our management services
- Follow up via phone, email, and text using CRM workflowsSales1
- Conduct discovery and sales calls via phone or zoom
- Close property management agreements
- Reach out to real estate agents to build referral partnerships
- Track all sales activity in our CRM (Zoho or similar)
- Provide weekly updates on pipelines, signed contracts, and outreach
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the real estate, financial services, or other high-trust, consultative sales roles is advantageous, though not a strict requirement
