Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team at Medrio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, prospecting, managing the sales cycle, customer engagement, CRM management, collaboration, market feedback, and achieving targets. Minimum 2 years of experience in an inside sales or similar role is required, preferably in the software or healthcare industry.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an inside sales or similar role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media engagement
  • Research and develop a thorough understanding of the market, target prospects, and key decision-makers
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and effective process
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and interactions in the CRM system
  • Work closely with the marketing and customer support teams to ensure alignment and support overall sales objectives
  • Gather and report market intelligence, including customer feedback, competitor activities, and industry trends to inform product development and marketing strategies
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics
