Join Treatwell's dynamic sales team as an Inside Sales Representative in Thessaloniki! You will be responsible for generating leads, managing the sales cycle, and converting prospects into long-term partnerships. As a consultative seller, you'll guide your pitch by asking prospects the right questions and highlighting the benefits of Treatwell's salon software. This role involves outbound sales with occasional inbound leads, focusing on growing Treatwell's salon portfolio in Thessaloniki and expanding into the region. Requirements
- Be fluent in Greek & English
- Have minimum 2+ years of B2B sales experience
- Possess a Go-Getter mentality

Responsibilities
- Manage the full end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closing the contract
- Prospect new salons and generate leads, with a heavy focus on Outbound Sales Activities multiple channels and a high activity routine
- Host online and on-site demos, negotiate terms and finalize contracts with prospective salons
- Communicate Treatwell’s software value proposition, handle objections to close deals and set up successful long term partnerships
- Manage a strong sales pipeline to hit monthly targets
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM System Salesforce
- Conduct Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape and market conditions to identify new business opportunities
- Contribute in the development of the sales strategy for your assigned region
Preferred Qualifications
- Have experience in SaaS
- Have Salesforce CRM experience
