Summary

The job is for an Inside Sales Specialist role based out of India representing Serigor Inc., requiring at least 1-3 years of IT sales or US staffing sales experience. The candidate must be willing to work in US shifts and have excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team. The role is 100% remote.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business via cold calling to CXO folks across North America
• Follow up on inbound marketing leads
• Sell/Upsell/Cross sell IT Solutions and IT Staffing services to new and existing clients
• Deliver unparalleled customer experience by resolving customer issues as and when required
• Generate and maintain a list of potential clients on an ongoing basis
• Work with geographically dispersed members of this team
• Generate leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator & Email Campaigns
• Managing social media such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter
