Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Leading Inside Sales responsibilities by dealing with day-to-day business activities and different customer requests in the AMER-LATAM region
  • Renewing Maintenance & Support and SaaS Subscription contract for all customers in the AMER-LATAM region
  • Supporting Sales in closing existing business whenever needed
  • Acting as a point of contact to ensure smooth flow of information between Finance, Sales, Logistic, Legal, Deal Desk, Orders Management and customers
  • Assisting the Inside Sales Manager closely in regular day-to-day business activities in your region
  • Preparing regular monthly and quarterly reports and presentations for your region
  • Updating and maintaining information in Salesforce related to all customers and partners in the assigned region
  • Working closely with Inside Sales teams from other regions and identifying areas of improvement to streamline processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a fast-paced Sales environment with ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work in a complex, virtual team environment crossing geographic boundaries
  • Proven track record of achieving goals and working independently without constant supervision
  • Highly motivated and initiative with hunger to make a difference in the company
  • Written and verbal English language at business level. Spanish is a big plus
  • Experience in SaaS Sales is a big plus
  • Good level in Salesforce is a plus
