You'll convert high-intent leads into clients by selling design packages via phone calls, educating clients on the process, and selecting the best package for their needs. This role requires 2+ years of sales closing experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a results-driven approach. You'll manage leads, collaborate with the team, and meet sales targets. Requirements
- Proven record of 2+ years of sales closing experience, preferably in home improvement, retail, real estate, landscaping, design, and construction
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets and quotas
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate the value of Yardzen's services
- Experience conducting sales over the phone, with a talent for persuading and closing deals
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and handle a dynamic and evolving workload
- Availability to work on weekends and evenings (PST timezone)
Responsibilities
- Conducting sales calls with prospective Yardzen clients, focusing on closing sales and collecting payments
- Understanding each client's needs and recommending the appropriate Yardzen design package
- Educating potential clients on Yardzen's design and build process, ensuring they understand the value proposition and benefits
- Manage a pipeline of inbound leads and follow up strategically to maximize conversion rates
- Being proactive and hungry to fill your calendar with outbound sales efforts
- Collaborating with the sales team to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates for design packages
- Meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets
- Professionally representing Yardzen, aligned with our mission and values
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with CRM systems, Google Suite, and other sales tools
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
