Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in education, communication, or marketing
• Ability to build win-win relationships

• Intermediate level of English proficiency in speaking and writing
• Critical and analytical thinking skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and design educational programs in collaboration with instructors
• Review, format, and ensure timely delivery of learning materials
• Coordinate with graphic designers to meet the formatting requirements of learning materials
• Collaborate with instructional coordinators to share and respond to student questions
• Monitor courses from the first lesson to the issuance of certificates
• Introduce new learning methods and techniques
• Analyze the effectiveness of courses (success rate, student satisfaction, and commitment)
