Instructional Designer

Summary

Join Twilio as our next Instructional Designer 4! You will design sales enablement training and course content, delivering assets and training related to Twilio processes. This role requires 5+ years of experience in training, sales enablement, or a related field, along with direct experience in Sales Enablement Instructional Design. You will work closely with Enablement peers to ensure training and assets related to GTM Sales are created and delivered. The position is remote, based in Alberta, British Columbia, or Ontario, Canada, with occasional travel. Requirements

• 5+ years training, sales enablement, or related field experience
• Direct experience in Sales Enablement Instructional Design
• Ability to quickly learn new concepts and thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
• Proven experience with training and content delivery tools
• Experience with Salesforce, Highspot, Salesloft, Slack, Tableau and other Sales Enablement tools
• Excellent interpersonal skills, someone who enjoys working with others in a collaborative, social environment
• Effective at building and maintaining positive relationships
• Passion for excellence and high quality in the finished product, acute attention to detail
• Self-motivated, with ability to work with little definition and without supervision while multitasking and prioritizing across several projects and initiatives

Responsibilities

• Design sales enablement training and course content
• Deliver assets and training related to Twilio processes (pricing, contracts, analytics, deals etc)
• Ensure every training has defined learning objectives and leverages adult learning theory
• Build impactful learner and instructor materials (e-learnings, presentations, course outlines, background material, instructional materials, exercises, job aids and assessments)
