Instructional Designer

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or Master’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in instructional design, including identifying learning needs and designing instructional strategies
• Certification in Instructional Design from an accredited institution
• 5+ years’ experience as a facilitator
• Familiarity with online learning platforms and tools
• Strong project management skills and experience collaborating across teams
• Prior customer experience and excellent communication skills
• Ability to legally work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Identify performance gaps or learning needs and develop instructional solutions to address them
• Design engaging, learner-centered instructional strategies for face-to-face, online, and blended learning
• Use empirical data to inform instructional design decisions and improve instruction
• Document instructional design plans and manage related projects
• Design learning assessments and collaborate across functional teams to ensure effective delivery
• Utilize online learning platforms and tools to create and deliver content
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops
