Summary

Join Centerfield as a Training Facilitator in a remote position. Provide virtual facilitation and adult learning support to learners, focusing on Insurance facilitation and support (U65 and Medicare). Ensure a positive learning environment, develop training content, and collaborate with various stakeholders to identify training needs.

Requirements

  • Previous facilitation experience in call center sales environments and working knowledge of system processes
  • Proven experience as a virtual facilitator or similar role, with a strong understanding of online facilitation best practices
  • Experience in Medicare and ACA
  • Excellent verbal, written, and calendar maintenance skills with the experience of creating and conducting effective presentations
  • Prior call center leadership experience
  • Ability to employ effective engagement techniques to transfer ownership of the learning experience to the participants
  • Detail oriented and exhibit proficiency in follow-up and time management skills
  • Have good attendance and flexible schedule to train in hours that meet business needs
  • Ability to utilize innovative approach to facilitation through knowledge of adult learning methodologies
  • Create and maintain an effective learning environment through facilitative leadership
  • 2+ year experience in designing and developing training content
  • Experience with Microsoft and Google Suite

Responsibilities

  • Provide virtual facilitation and adult learning subject matter expertise on special projects
  • Facilitate virtual training for designated licensed and/or non-licensed agents
  • Communicate effectively with managers, colleagues, and other departments
  • Plan and conduct activities for a balanced program of instruction that meets the needs of adult learners
  • Prepare instructional materials and presentations
  • Cross collaboration with various stakeholders to identify training needs, identify performance gaps, and implement training best practices
  • Develop new or modify existing content that includes clear objectives for all trainings, workshops, activities, and projects
  • Provide a positive environment and manage group conduct to promote active engagement of participants in the learning process
  • Track metrics and performance of new hires

Preferred Qualifications

  • Active Health Insurance License
  • Up to date on Continuing Education Coursework
  • Corporate Trainer Certified
  • College Degree
