Summary

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
• Bilingual in Spanish & English
• 2+ years of customer service experience with strong listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Able to work remotely with reliable internet and suitable workspace
• Available to work in US time zones

Responsibilities

• Communicate with potential clients via phone and email to generate leads
• Conduct initial assessments to determine client eligibility
• Gather and organize case documentation
• Schedule and follow up on appointments
• Assist in drafting and filing legal documents
• Provide exceptional customer service to build trust and enhance the company's reputation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a legal setting is a plus
• Personal Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, Core i5 or above) with at least 10 Mbps internet
