Better Health is seeking an Intake Specialist to manage inbound referrals, complete insurance verifications, answer calls, and have excellent communication skills. Requirements

• Excellent communication skills (email, Slack, phone)
• Proficient in Google Suite (Gmail, Google Sheets)

• Answer calls

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a medical office or a healthcare startup
• Prior experience in insurance verification
• Prior experience in medical record management or collection
