Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B growth marketing experience, especially in enterprise SaaS or tech, with a focus on integrated, cross-functional campaigns
  • Proven ability to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline through full-funnel marketing strategies
  • Deep understanding of the B2B buyer journey and persona-based engagement across the funnel
  • Technically fluent in tools like Marketo, 6sense, Salesforce, and Folloze, with a strong aptitude for learning new platforms
  • Skilled in collaborating with ABM and Product Marketing teams to communicate complex value propositions
  • Strong project leadership, storytelling, and communication skills with a customer-first, action-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end campaign strategy and execution for North America, translating global messaging into high-performing, regional programs
  • Drive brand awareness and pipeline growth through creative, multi-channel campaigns that span the full buyer journey and align with personas
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Enablement teams to prioritize plays, align messaging, and maximize impact
  • Activate ABM strategies and sales acceleration through targeted campaigns that influence multi-threaded buying groups and fuel account progression
  • Leverage tools like 6sense, Marketo, Salesforce, and Folloze to analyze performance and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights
  • Manage a campaign calendar across segments and orchestrate high-impact tactics (e.g., paid media, email nurtures, webinars, events) with a customer-first approach
