Integration Specialist

Summary

Join Podium as an Integration Specialist Contractor and play a critical role in our long-term success by coordinating the setup of direct connections between Podium and client's customer management or order management system. You will work on standard and custom integration projects, deliver world-class customer experience, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high-quality documentation.

Requirements

• Must be fluent in English
• 1+ years of experience in integrations, product support, or similar field
• Experience working in a SaaS or technical environment
• Experience working through API and FTP integrations preferred
• Experience with Salesforce or Tray.io (or similar) preferred
• Demonstrated over-achievement managing a large work queue
• Experience working directly with clients, comfortable explaining complex technical processes in a concise way to contacts in varying roles and technical aptitude at an organization

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the setup of direct connections between Podium and a client's customer management or order management system
• Configure software settings and manage a work queue with a large number of requests
• Support clients and Customer Success Managers, troubleshooting integration issues and solving problems
• Serve as an integrations expert across Podium, sharing customer needs for automations to continually improve the integrations offered
• Maintain high-quality documentation of the integrations set up
