Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and related sales technologies; previous experience with CRM integration and data migration projects is highly preferred
  • Experience in cybersecurity and managed security services domain implementing CRM systems
  • Proficiency in CRM platform Salesforce, with the ability to customize, configure, and integrate various CRM tools
  • Knowledge of integrating CRM systems with ERP platforms SAP, NetSuite
  • Strong understanding of database management, data migration best practices, and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
  • Familiarity with APIs and integration platforms (e.g., Mulesoft, Zapier, Dell Boomi) is a plus
  • Proficient in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools for analyzing and reporting on data

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement CRM integration strategies to unify customer data, including lead, account, and sales pipeline information
  • Coordinate with IT and sales operations teams to establish integration requirements and ensure technical compatibility across systems
  • Develop and execute data migration plans, ensuring data accuracy, security, and continuity throughout the integration process
  • Conduct data cleansing, deduplication, and enrichment processes to ensure accurate and complete customer records
  • Define and maintain data quality standards, working closely with data governance teams to monitor data integrity across both organizations
  • Implement automated data validation and error handling processes, minimizing disruptions during the integration
  • Analyze and optimize sales workflows within the CRM, ensuring alignment with integrated processes and improving operational efficiency
  • Support sales teams by configuring CRM settings, dashboards, and reports to reflect the merged organizationโ€™s sales structure and goals
  • Provide insights and recommendations on how to improve user experience, streamline processes, and enable sales teams to operate effectively within the integrated system
  • Collaborate with IT, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure all integration needs and technical requirements are met
  • Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating requirements into actionable integration tasks
  • Coordinate with external vendors and consultants as needed, ensuring timely and effective delivery of integration-related tasks
  • Develop training materials and documentation for end-users, explaining new CRM features, changes to workflows, and best practices
  • Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure a smooth transition for all sales team members
  • Document integration processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for future reference
