Summary
Join D2L's Implementation & Training Services team as a Sr. Integration Specialist to design, develop, and maintain seamless integrations between various applications and systems using the Workato platform.
Requirements
- Ability to instill confidence and influence customers decisions in a consultative manner as a trusted advisor
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to speak to a variety of different audiences with various levels of technical acumen
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, resulting in creative solutioning
- Ability to multitask many simultaneous projects using strong organizational skills and prioritizes effortless
- Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and emerging technologies
- Database knowledge
- Working experience with the following technologies is considered an asset D2L Link
- AWS
- API integrations, Github, Postman
- Single Sign-On/Web Authentication
- Business Intelligence tools (i.e. Tableau, Power BI)
- XML
- HTML/HTML5/CSS
- SQL
Responsibilities
- Subject Matter Expert for integrations within Implementation Services
- Work directly with the client to understand, document requirements, and execute on all of their integration needs
- D2L Link, API, LTI, SSO, SIS
- Work with product managers and development managers to contribute to requirements gathering and prioritization around our integration needs
- Collaborate with engineering and design to identify feasible solutions related to integrations with D2L products and D2L Partners
- Raise up critical issues and concerns to leadership as required
- Internal knowledge and process improvement Work with sales team during pre-sales process on complex use cases around integrations
- Provide leadership support to other consultants
- Improve the overall efficiency in our consulting for integrations to our implementation services group
- Recognize and identify areas where existing policies and procedures require change or development
- Participate in other billable and non-billable responsibilities as required
