Join D2L's Implementation & Training Services team as a Sr. Integration Specialist to design, develop, and maintain seamless integrations between various applications and systems using the Workato platform.

Requirements

  • Ability to instill confidence and influence customers decisions in a consultative manner as a trusted advisor
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to speak to a variety of different audiences with various levels of technical acumen
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, resulting in creative solutioning
  • Ability to multitask many simultaneous projects using strong organizational skills and prioritizes effortless
  • Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and emerging technologies
  • Database knowledge
  • Working experience with the following technologies is considered an asset D2L Link
  • AWS
  • API integrations, Github, Postman
  • Single Sign-On/Web Authentication
  • Business Intelligence tools (i.e. Tableau, Power BI)
  • XML
  • HTML/HTML5/CSS
  • SQL

Responsibilities

  • Subject Matter Expert for integrations within Implementation Services
  • Work directly with the client to understand, document requirements, and execute on all of their integration needs
  • D2L Link, API, LTI, SSO, SIS
  • Work with product managers and development managers to contribute to requirements gathering and prioritization around our integration needs
  • Collaborate with engineering and design to identify feasible solutions related to integrations with D2L products and D2L Partners
  • Raise up critical issues and concerns to leadership as required
  • Internal knowledge and process improvement Work with sales team during pre-sales process on complex use cases around integrations
  • Provide leadership support to other consultants
  • Improve the overall efficiency in our consulting for integrations to our implementation services group
  • Recognize and identify areas where existing policies and procedures require change or development
  • Participate in other billable and non-billable responsibilities as required
