Summary

The Intelligence Analyst will specialize in Narrative Risk Intelligence at Blackbird.AI, using the company's AI-driven platform to conduct multi-source social media analysis, create client deliverables, maintain positive client relationships, provide training, contribute to thought leadership and marketing, and perform ad hoc tasks.

Requirements

• 1-4 years of overall experience in a similar role
• Proven experience in producing intelligence reporting products, preferably for private sector clients
• Experience in social media analysis, specifically leveraging social media data for private sector audiences
• Familiarity with mainstream and alternative media platforms
• Proficiency in intelligence practices and methodologies
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Strong professionalism, self-motivation, efficiency, and a track record of delivering on tight deadlines

Responsibilities

• Conduct multi-source social media intelligence analysis using Blackbird.AI’s Constellation analytics platform to identify and monitor risk areas
• Create client deliverables, including reports and presentations, based on analytical insights
• Maintain positive client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
• Provide Constellation user training and other onboarding assistance to new clients
• Contribute to thought leadership, marketing content, and customer satisfaction processes
• Perform ad hoc intelligence, enablement, product, and administrative tasks, including Quality Assurance checks for Blackbird.AI’s software product, and troubleshooting Constellation customer issues

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with intelligence products or software tools such as Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Meltwater, Dataminr, Tableau, and Asana
• Professional working proficiency in foreign languages, preferably Spanish or Mandarin
