Join FalconX's Global Finance Team as a Manager or Senior Manager of Intercompany Accounting! You will own all aspects of intercompany transaction accounting, manage consolidation and revaluation processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage intercompany settlements. The position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience with multi-currency accounting, and proficiency in G-suite products. Requirements
- BA/BS in Accounting or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in month-end close, financial reporting, consolidation, and intercompany accounting
- Experience assessing accounting impacts of intercompany transfer pricing and agreements
- Experience with multi-currency accounting for complex business structures
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills
- High proficiency in G-suite products
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Proven ability to to work well in a dynamic environment and work autonomously and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience working in an accounting ERP system (NetSuite or equivalent)

Responsibilities
- Own and maintain all aspects of the Companyβs operational accounting related to intercompany transactions, including preparation of consolidation, netting and elimination journal entries across subsidiaries
- Manage the execution of consolidation and revaluation processes for financial statements
- Perform checks on overall consolidated financial statements to ensure accuracy around intercompany activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to record intercompany transactions and resolve related issues
- Manage intercompany settlement processes with the Treasury team
- Liaise with Tax team on transfer pricing and preparation of rev/cost allocations between entities
- Execute day-to-day operations and month-end close activities, including journal entry preparation, accruals, and reconciliations
- Conduct financial statement flux analysis at the entity level, drafting trend and variance analysis reports
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures over intercompany activities and assist in design and implementation of new controls and processes
- Provide explanations for queries from auditors, regulators and authorities
- Assist with system integrations and optimizations
- Support ad hoc financial information requests and other special projects as assigned
- Provide support for internal and external audits related to specific areas of responsibility

Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred
- Experience with accounting, financial reporting, and ERP systems (e.g., Netsuite)
- Familiarity with SOX compliance
- Basic knowledge of SQL and experience with analytics tools
- Experience or knowledge in cryptocurrency is a bonus but not required
- Flexibility to work across different time zones during crucial periods such as month-end closes
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
