Intermediate Business Analyst

Summary

Join Dev.Pro as a Business Analyst to work on an innovative project at the intersection of the art market, blockchain, and fintech. Requires 3 years of experience in business analysis or product ownership, proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies, and strong communication skills.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in business analysis or as a product owner
• Upper-Intermediate English level (both written and verbal)
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Experience writing user stories, requirements, and product documentation
• Proficiency in using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product features
• Manage and refine team backlog
• Write clear and concise user stories and requirements
• Conduct sprint grooming and review meetings
• Work closely with the development team to ensure successful product delivery
• Work closely with the design team to create comprehensive mockups
• Monitor and report on product progress, making adjustments as necessary

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Web3, blockchain, or fintech projects
• Familiarity with UX/UI design and working with design teams
• Knowledge of roadmap planning and long-term project management
• Understanding of software development processes and technical concepts
