Requirements

• 4+ years of BA experience
• Solid skills in BA methodology and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Deep understanding of stakeholder roles and effective stakeholder management
• Experience with complex business process mapping and automating workflows
• Proficiency in backlog management and value-based prioritization
• Customer-centric approach to gathering requirements
• Good grasp of Scrum methodology
• Experience writing Epics, Features, and User Stories
• Upper-Intermediate+ English level

Responsibilities

• Analyze business systems and processes
• Cooperate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements
• Keep communication smooth between business and tech teams
• Suggest ways to improve workflows to boost team performance and client success

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with release management
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or Jira for managing tasks
• Fintech domain experience and payment systems knowledge
