Summary

The job description is for a payroll intern role in Celonis' DACH team, where the intern will assist with payroll administrative tasks, monitor payroll tickets, maintain and archive employee payroll files, perform data analysis, and assist in maintaining process documentation. The role is based in Munich and Madrid, and the intern will report directly to Celonis' Director of HR Administration & Payroll.

Requirements

• A strong desire to learn and grow in the payroll area
• Proficiency with Google Suite/MS Office, particularly Excel
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, is essential

Responsibilities

• Assist in payroll administrative tasks, ensuring data entry accuracy
• Monitor payroll tickets using the ServiceNow ticketing tool
• Maintain and archive employee payroll files to ensure compliance with audit requirements
• Perform data analysis and work on various reports in Excel
• Assist in maintaining process documentation
