Summary

Join EMILYs List and gain valuable political experience by helping elect Democratic pro-choice women. Internships are offered in various departments during spring, summer, and fall semesters, providing substantive work and in-depth political experience. Interns participate in daily departmental work, staff events, and Lunch and Learn sessions. A Change the World training equips interns with campaign skills. Interns are paid $17.95 per hour and can choose between fully remote or hybrid internship experiences. The application deadline is July 3, 2025.

Requirements

• Be physically present in the US for the program duration
• Work between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm EST (full-time and part-time schedules available)
• Commit to a 10-week internship

Responsibilities

• Perform daily work in assigned departments
• Attend staff events
• Participate in Lunch and Learn sessions to learn about staff professional history and departmental functions
• Attend Change the World training to gain campaign skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Opt for a fully remote or hybrid internship experience
• Agree on a weekly office schedule with the supervisor (for hybrid interns)
