Summary

Join M Booth, an award-winning agency, as a Summer/Fall 2025 intern in the Awards & Marketing practice group. This 10-week, 10-hour/week internship offers hands-on experience in creative and reputation management campaigns. You will work on real projects for incredible clients, learning from industry leaders in an inspiring agency environment. The internship involves updating awards monitoring lists, sourcing materials for submissions, researching award opportunities, and collaborating with various teams. Compensation is $17/hour, and the position can be remote (from select states) or in the New York office.

Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain awards monitoring and lists
  • Source materials for awards submissions
  • Conduct online research around upcoming awards opportunities β€” including noting deadline, fees, formatting and eligibility β€” and the overall awards and marketing landscape with a focus on clients and competitors
  • Work with the core awards team to establish deadlines and schedules to implement cross-functionally across teams to ensure awards deadline are met
  • Keep online files database organized via Google Drive
  • Work closely with brand development and social media teams on social media content, including drafting captions and other copy
  • Join weekly meetings with the awards team for progress updates and action items
  • Join monthly cross-functional calls to discuss broader marketing coordination across the agency
