Intern in Corporate Finance

Summary

Requirements

• Completed or close to completing a master's degree in business administration, Economics, Finance or a related field
• Strong numerical skills and high attention to detail
• Understanding of finance concepts, proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Proactive, shows ownership for tasks, comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment, and frequently interacting with key decision makers

Responsibilities

• Develop financial models that form the backbone of financing efforts and management decisions
• Evaluate financing opportunities and prepare sound and concise content for negotiations and funding applications
• Deliver on various operational tasks within the Corporate Finance mandate, such as reporting for the board and investors

Previous work experience in finance (corporate or startup)
