Requirements
- 7+ years professional experience working as a team member of software implementations
- 5+ years experience of solution design
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with SaaS products
- Understanding the technical aspects of configuration, scripting and SQL with the credibility to drive and challenge cross-functional teams of varying levels of technical detail
- Significant experience in software development and web technologies
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Outstanding organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong practical experience with Microsoft Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Help close, plan and implement HICXβ platform for HICX customers
- Conceptualize solution/technical architecture & design, orchestrate POCs, technically lead implementation etc for HICX SBM platform
- Play an active role in providing thought leadership in various technology areas associated with Master Data Management, Supplier Management, Supplier Performance, Information management, Data Quality, Data Profiling/discovery etc
- Collaboratively drive solution & architecture definition with business and IT teams of the customer
- Be part of strategic consulting projects, assessments, map solutions to client business processes, and develop value proposition & business case
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ yearsβ domain experience with procurement software such as Supplier Information Management or Procure-to-Pay (Coupa, Ariba, Basware, Ivalua or other specialist solutions)
- 2+ yearsβ experience with procurement/supply chain processes and data in ERP (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, etc.)
