Senior Solution Consultant

Summary

HICX is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to join their team and help shape customer experience by implementing their Supplier Management Platform. The role involves leading customer implementations for HICX's fortune 5000 customers in the EU, conceptualizing solution architecture, providing thought leadership in various technology areas, collaborating with business and IT teams, and more.

Requirements

• 7+ years professional experience working as a team member of software implementations
• 5+ years experience of solution design
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with SaaS products
• Understanding the technical aspects of configuration, scripting and SQL with the credibility to drive and challenge cross-functional teams of varying levels of technical detail
• Significant experience in software development and web technologies
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Outstanding organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Strong practical experience with Microsoft Office
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Help close, plan and implement HICX’ platform for HICX customers
• Conceptualize solution/technical architecture & design, orchestrate POCs, technically lead implementation etc for HICX SBM platform
• Play an active role in providing thought leadership in various technology areas associated with Master Data Management, Supplier Management, Supplier Performance, Information management, Data Quality, Data Profiling/discovery etc
• Collaboratively drive solution & architecture definition with business and IT teams of the customer
• Be part of strategic consulting projects, assessments, map solutions to client business processes, and develop value proposition & business case

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years’ domain experience with procurement software such as Supplier Information Management or Procure-to-Pay (Coupa, Ariba, Basware, Ivalua or other specialist solutions)
• 2+ years’ experience with procurement/supply chain processes and data in ERP (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, etc.)
