Internal Communication Specialist

Summary

Join Ubisoft's communications team as an Internal Communications Specialist, managing internal communications and supporting HR and communication projects. You will develop and execute internal communication strategies, create engaging content (articles, newsletters, videos, infographics), and manage events. The role involves collaborating with various teams, leading projects, ensuring timely completion, and reporting to senior stakeholders. You will be responsible for ensuring effective communication of company mission, values, and key messages. This position requires extensive experience in internal communications, content creation, and project management, along with strong communication and organizational skills. Requirements

• Extensive experience in internal communications or related fields
• Proven expertise in content creation and project management
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (English, Ukrainian)
• Proficiency in digital communication tools, including CMS platforms (e.g., Wordpress, SharePoint) and social media
• Proactive and critical thinker with a goal-oriented mindset
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across different teams
• Ability to handle unexpected situations with a positive and strategic approach
• High level of attention to detail and strong analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal communication strategies to foster a strong and engaging communication environment within the company
• Create and manage high-quality content for internal communications, including articles, newsletters, and intranet updates
• Ensure effective communication of company mission, values, and key messages to all employees
• Produce compelling content in various formats such as infographics, videos, and written articles to support internal communication efforts
• Collaborate with different teams to identify key messages and create structured, impactful communication materials
• Develop and execute memorable events to engage our teams
• Lead and coordinate internal communications projects, including special initiatives, events, and campaigns
• Ensure projects are completed on time and align with overall communication goals
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging
• Serve as a key point of contact for communication-related inquiries and initiatives
• Provide regular updates and reports on communication projects and initiatives to senior stakeholders
• Track and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies and make improvements as needed
