Operations Manager Intern

Summary

The job is for an Operations Manager Intern at Back Market, a growing international company specializing in refurbished electronics. The intern will help monitor and improve quality metrics, perform technical analysis of after-sales service tickets, and contribute to designing tools and processes to support sellers. The internship is full-time for 6 months starting in January 2025 in Bordeaux, France.

Requirements

• Looking for a 6 months full-time internship (Master’s Degree)
• Data-driven and can run analysis and build business insights from data with excel/Gsheet
• English is a no-brainer (fully professional capability)
• Understanding about Embedded systems, Consumer Electronics and Circular Economy
• Strong Project Management skills, can work with multiple stakeholders and in a fast-paced environment
• Organized and structured, pay attention to details, and have a lot of drive with a can-do / will-do attitude

Responsibilities

• Run the quality processes that will help monitor and enforce our quality standards
• Perform a Technical Analysis of after-sales service tickets related to hardware issues (defective batteries, display, tactile, audio…) and identify issues to be corrected by the seller
• Contribute to designing tools and processes to support our merchants in improving their quality
