International Clinical Assistant

Summary

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience, preferably in administrative roles
• Ability to work independently as a contractor
• Highly detail-oriented, organized and adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills in both Portuguese and English, with a collaborative and proactive approach
• Possess a valid EU visa and be based in Portugal

• Respond to patient requests in a timely and professional manner
• Manage the registration process for all international clients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Facilitate the billing process for all international clients
