Marketing Operations Specialist

Join a fast-growing SaaS unicorn as a Marketing Operations Specialist to drive the planning, prioritisation, and management of our B2B Customer Engagement Platform (CEP) initiatives.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with marketing automation platforms, particularly Braze
• Technical foundation in SQL for data manipulation, and Liquid, HTML and CSS for campaign customisation
• Strong expertise in data management, including data import, export, validation, and hygiene
• Solid understanding of audience segmentation, campaign targeting, and the ability to develop insightful reports and dashboards
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Tableau
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business goals

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic planning and execution of B2B CEP initiatives, focusing on optimising marketing automation, workflows, and internal processes
• Scope and capture requirements for implementing new marketing priorities, collaborating closely with marketing, growth, and engineering teams
• Drive the integration of Braze as well as assist with the governance of the Braze platform
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of customer data, maintaining compliance with data privacy regulations
• Develop reports and dashboards to measure marketing performance, automate reporting processes, and enable data-driven decisions
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop cross-platform digital solutions and improve marketing technology strategies
• Document processes, suggest improvements, and provide training to empower stakeholders to use new tools effectively
• Monitor platform performance to ensure smooth delivery of high-quality marketing campaigns
• Develop tailored VIP and high-value customer initiatives using Braze to create engaging marketing experiences that drive business growth
