Venue Operations Specialist

Summary

Join Second Spectrum as a Venue Operations Specialist and contribute to the expansion of our operational presence across football clubs in Europe, managing equipment installations and supporting portable matches throughout the continent.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills (Flemish and French languages)
• Ability to deal with challenges and be efficient under pressure
• Self-motivated, organized, and highly efficient personality
• Rudimentary knowledge of networking (fibre/switches/cat6)
• Valid driving license and experienced with travelling
• Willingness to transport equipment with own vehicle if needed
• Experience with sending/receiving shipments (knowledge about customs is a plus)
• Ability to work at heights (small to medium ladders)
• Efficiently able to document your work on-site (photos/notion docs/spreadsheets/etc)

Responsibilities

• Manage portable kit(s) domestically and support portable matches throughout Europe
• Maintain legacy equipment in venue either personally or with a contractor
• Site visits for Dragon upgrades
• Manage installation process for Dragon upgrades
• Maintain/troubleshoot Dragon systems
• Provision equipment and help manage shipments into country (Phones/Switches/etc)
