Summary

The job is an International Trainee position in the Asset Management department of Vattenfall InCharge's E-Mobility unit. The trainee will optimize the performance of the company's charging infrastructure and have opportunities for professional development and international exposure. The ideal candidate should have a technical degree, good technical understanding, independence, analytical skills, excellent communication and teamwork skills, fluency in English, and maximum one year of work experience.

Requirements

  • A successfully completed degree in a technical field or industrial engineering
  • Good technical understanding, preferably in charging infrastructure technologies or electrical systems
  • Independent, structured, and results-oriented working style
  • Analytical and problem-solving thinking as well as a creative perspective
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, paired with initiative and confidence
  • Very good knowledge of both German and English, spoken and written

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve asset management plans and strategies to optimize the performance of the company's charging infrastructure
  • Create detailed reports that assess both the technical and financial aspects of the infrastructure
  • Prepare annual plans and budgets, and submit investment proposals to ensure the systems are available and functional at all times
  • Draft and evaluate long-term maintenance plans, set technical and functional standards for charging stations, and provide consultation on large-scale technical projects, including acquisitions
  • Offer guidance on potential improvements and play a critical role in troubleshooting by identifying root causes and implementing structural enhancements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Skills in other languages can be a merit
  • Be willing to relocate for possible assignments throughout the organization
