Summary

DARCARS Automotive Group is hiring an Internet Representative. The role involves managing digital business prospects, guiding inbound prospects through a needs analysis exercise, and linking them with sales managers. Requirements include an Associate's or Bachelor's degree (preferred), no experience necessary, computer savvy with full working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, exceptional communication skills, ability to work evenings and weekends, demonstrated commitment to process improvement, innovation, and excellence, persistence, good sense of humor, eagerness to learn new things, and a collaborative mindset. Requirements

• Exceptional listening, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to work evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Nurture inbound prospects by guiding them through a simple needs analysis exercise using the DARCARS Approach to Sales
• Provide dealership and product information, answer their questions, and link them with a responsive in-store sales manager
• Convert inquiries to dealership visits; set appointments for test drive and further selection/purchase support
• Adhere to customer communication scripts
• Ensure 100% of contact activity, by recording customer information in the CRM in real time
• Develop/maintain relationships with related store personnel
• Meet, or exceed, individual performance objectives e.g. response time, conversions etc
