Requirements

  • Prior sales experience, preferably in a retail or online sales environment
  • Knowledge and passion for powersports vehicles
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong computer skills and ability to navigate online platforms such as search engines and social media
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly motivated and target-oriented
  • Availability to work weekends and evenings as required
  • Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming phone calls and internet leads, responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
  • Provide product information and answer customer questions about powersports vehicles
  • Assist customers in the online purchasing process, including completing sales transactions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and follow-up
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales activities in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction
