Requirements

• Be part of Emma's global supply chain team, exposed to a worldwide supplier setup and having a direct impact on the growth of Emma
• Collaborate in Cost reduction projects and support in negotiations with some Business Partners
• Help implement cost-saving actions in your supply chain by having a strong business sense and entrepreneurial mindset to spot opportunities

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in Cost reduction projects
• Support in negotiations with some of our Business Partners
• Help implementing cost-saving actions in your supply chain
• Look for new suppliers in different regions
• Improve internal processes that will benefit the whole team
• Develop a deep knowledge of our suppliers, main cost drivers per category, sourcing markets & trends
• Support on Supply chain risk assessment across the category/ to minimize impact of unforeseeable events
• Help on strategic development of vendors through close collaboration
• Be an active collaborator in product life cycle decision-making and team up with internal stakeholders in product launches
• Challenge the status quo and look for further cost and efficiency improvements across all Product Groups
