Procurement Intern

Summary

Join the European Procurement Team at Lucid Motors as a motivated and experienced Procurement Intern. This role will support Global Supply Managers for all procurement activities, including Logistics, Sales, Marketing, & Retail in Europe.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree student as Supply Chain, Logistics, Economics or equivalent education
• Experience in the Automative industry is a plus
• Able to effectively work both individually and within a group in a high-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Smartsheet, Tableau knowledge is a plus
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills

Responsibilities

• Support Procurement Managers with: Supplier Management
• Support Procurement Managers with: Purchase Order Management
• Support Reporting and KPIs: Assist in preparing procurement reports and updating dashboards
• Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks such as updating supplier records, maintaining procurement documents, and assisting with invoicing issues
• Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including the logistics, finance, and operations departments, to ensure efficient procurement processes
