Summary
Join GFiber's dynamic Supply Chain Management team as the Inventory Control Program Manager! You will be responsible for developing, deploying, and supporting the inventory control system across approximately 90 warehouse locations. This role requires experience with inventory control, program management, and SAP (SaaS) and IMS software. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage the IMS rollout, and develop monitoring and reporting programs. The position offers a competitive salary, bonus, cash award, and benefits. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a similar field of study, or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years experience working with inventory control
- 5 years of experience in Program Management
- Experience with supply chain principles
- Experience with SAP (SaaS) and IMS software and management
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time domestically
Responsibilities
- Configure the Inventory Management System (IMS) to meet business objectives
- Develop an IMS roll out plan for all GFiber markets to include documented training and procedure material to establish expectations for those involved
- Work in coordination with each market to turn up the IMS system on a site by site basis
- Develop a monitoring program that provides a method to track procedural adherence, correct exceptions, and adapt the program as needed
- Develop comprehensive reports to effectively manage the business by tracking inventory control targets and reconciling issued inventory to specific projects
- Serve as an escalation point for internal stakeholders while working with business stakeholders to define requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to communicate and lead cross functional initiatives
- Demonstrated leadership abilities to include managing through influence
- Data analysis skills to identify trends and patterns
- Experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)
- Familiarity with telco inventory challenges and regulations
- Experience with cycle counting and inventory audits
Benefits
US base salary range for this full-time position is between $136,000 - $198,000 + bonus + cash award + benefits
