Requirements
- 4 years of experience with a bachelorβs degree related to Information Technology or an associate degree accompanied by relevant Microsoft Expert Certifications with an or 6 years of experience as a subject matter expert in
- Microsoft 365 Administration with Microsoft Azure, Intune, and conditional access policies
- Endpoint management
- Procurement
- Vendor management
- Scripting in PowerShell
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be able to work with vendors or consultants to outsource special expertise
- Relevant Microsoft Expert Certifications: Azure Solutions Architect Expert and or Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our service desk and operations teams
- Respond to and resolve service desk requests promptly and efficiently
- Enhance integration with Azure AD, OKTA and on-premises AD
- Manage and support Microsoft 365 environments
- Manage projects and define processes
- Monitor systems and respond immediately to security or usability concerns
- Maintain and improve security through regular auditing and administration of access controls
- Install, manage, and provide technical support for hardware and software configuration
- Respond to and resolve service desk requests promptly and efficiently
- Upgrade systems as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution
- Perform routine systems administration as needed
- Install and test computer-related equipment for Proof-of-Concepts
- Continuously improve technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies & procedures
- Assists in the evaluation of the performance of the department in meeting objectives, and determining where costs can be reduced, what can be improved and what should be changed
- As needed travel to worldwide offices
- Onboarding and Offboarding procurement, access, and IT Orientations
