Summary

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in IT, with a strong focus on business analysis, project management, and solution delivery
  • Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices
  • Proven track record of delivering successful IT projects in a complex, matrixed business environment
  • Knowledge of industry-standard IT tools and technologies
  • Deep understanding of automotive industry trends and challenges
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the Growth organization to understand their strategic objectives, challenges, and operational needs
  • Identify and support opportunities to leverage IT solutions to address business needs
  • Review and analyze capability requirements derived from business processes and customer journeys
  • Define and prioritize IT solution requirements based on business needs
  • Work with cross-functional teams to oversee solution implementation, including vendors, technical teams, and internal departments
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Manage change management processes and communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of the IT strategy for the Growth Department
  • Align IT initiatives with the overall business strategy
  • Identify emerging technologies and trends that can benefit the business

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced degree (MBA or MS)
